Very nice park. Sites were large and easily accessible. Would be nice if cable were available as tv reception is poor.

This was our 2nd visit to Pomona and these are, by far, the nicest and most helpful owners we have met. The cg is undergoing some major changes but is very nice as is, but is only going to get better. The sites are clean, large and easily accessible. The camp store is well stocked and the prices are very reasonable. Whenever we are in the AC area we will make it a point to stay here again.

We never had the chance to stay here. We made a reservation 3 weeks before our vacation at this site for a 2 night stay. On the evening of our arrival (after a 12 hour day on the road) we found that the office was closed (at 7:30 pm on a Fri. eve.) and no one answered any of the #'s listed. There was no reservation for us, and no site available. Fortunately we found another cg which had room for our 2 night stay. When I contacted Shady Pines the next day, the lady who answered the phone was anything but apologitic, rather she was rude and obnoxious and informed me that they were not responsible as there had been a change of management in the last few weeks and therefore "it wasn't their fault" that we didn't have a site. Believe me this was the one and only time that we will use Shady Pines.
